TEAMWORK. No one person has all the answers. To be successful we need to combine our knowledge and experiences. Working as part of a team should be an enjoyable and educational part of life.

INNOVATION. Personal initiative, inquiries, and new ideas are encouraged. We must innovate to solve our clients’ challenges, and to find ways to win new business.

QUALITY. In a world full of consultants, we must differentiate ourselves by the quality of our work. Every form of client communication should be viewed as an opportunity to impress the client with the quality and accuracy of our work. Continuous quality improvement is the only way to stay in business.

COMMUNICATION. All communications, whether informal or formal, internal or external, must be open, considerate, and respectful. We should communication often and do so freely, to ensure everyone is informed, and part of the solution.

ETHICAL STANDARDS

These are the ethical standards that Manna Systems and Consulting Inc. promises to uphold and abide by:

  1. We will be honest and not knowingly misrepresent facts.
  2. We will install and use only properly licensed software on our systems as well as the clients' systems.
  3. We will divulge any potential conflicts of interest prior to accepting the contract or as soon as possible after the conflict is discovered.
  4. We will ensure that to the best of our knowledge we can complete the project in a professional manner both in terms of skill and time.
  5. We will keep the client informed of any matters relating to the project even if the information is unfavorable, or may jeopardize the contract.
  6. We will safeguard any confidential information or documents entrusted to us and not divulge any confidential information without the consent of the client.
  7. We will not take advantage of proprietary information obtained from the client.
  8. We will not engage in contracts that are in violation of the law or that might reasonably be used by client to violate the law.
  9. Most importantly, Manna Systems and Consulting Inc. principals and employees will uphold the principles of the corporation and not commit acts discreditable to Manna Systems and Consulting Inc.
