WHAT IS AN ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT? An A.S.A. is a method Manna Systems has developed to help our customers ease into the process of outsourcing their computer needs. We all struggle with problematic areas in our company, whether it’s a printer that constantly jams, computers that won’t stop giving us errors, or networks we just don’t understand. There’s always room for improvement. Have you ever contemplated the cost of a complete data loss due to a natural disaster such as a flood or lightning? How many hours would it take to replace the financial data alone? Or what kind of damage could a virus have on the workstations in your network? These are all very real and potential threats to any organization.

Here is how it works, your business agrees to sustain projects and tasks, driving service billing at a minimum agreed upon amount per month. 10% of the annual service billing is used as a deposit and is required to start the agreement. This amount will be credited equally to reduce the net amount of invoices for services and prorated over 12 months as long as the client’s account is current and sustaining monthly service billing. Basically, your company pays Manna Systems a guaranteed monthly amount regardless of actual work billed to ensure you and your business are covered in all computer related problems and issues.

As an A.S.A. member you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that all of your computer related problems will be handled by Manna Systems.

A dedicated project manager, priority response time for emergencies, access to our network of local I.T. partners and contractors, quarterly planning sessions, and annual I.T. audits are all advantages to having an annual service agreement for your business.

Manna Systems wants to position itself to become more than a service provider. Wwe’re interested in building a long-term mutually beneficial relationship as your preferred technology partner and a strategic business associate.

Here are a few of the benefits in greater detail:

Dedicated Project Manager. When projects arise, Manna Systems will assign a project manager to assist in answering questions, assessing needs, implementing hardware and software and streamlining the entire project.
Priority Response Time. Emergency calls will be responded to within half an hour during normal business hours. After-hours service will be responded to within 2 hours. An A.S.A. contract guarantees that Manna Systems will put your business needs first, above those companies without a contract.
Single Point of Accountability. If you have a proprietary software vendor or a unique situation, Manna Systems will collaborate with your vendor to reveal and resolve any software or hardware discrepancies. We’ll take the responsibility of making sure it gets resolved so you don’t have to. How many times have you had a problem with something and you call the hardware provider and they say it’s the software and when you call the software provider they say it’s the hardware? The peace of mind is invaluable that comes from knowing when you do have problems, there is one company that will take the responsibility of making sure it will get resolved. This is our "Single Point of Accountability" guarantee.
Quarterly Planning Session. We will meet with you on a quarterly basis to determine and schedule project work for the coming quarter/year.
Annual IT Audit. Manna Systems will discuss your current IT problems and challenges. We will then complete our on-site consultation, which is a preliminary site survey and walk-through to complete the I.T. audit. We will present the Summary of Findings Report. This will include a number of important issues we discussed, objectives and goals, our findings, a preliminary needs analysis, preliminary recommendations, and finally budget estimates for the next steps.

Additional benefits of an A.S.A. include:

  • A savings of over 15% on labor rates plus our rates won’t increase for after hours or emergency service.
  • Hourly billing rate will be guaranteed to never increase for the length of the agreement.
The monthly rate will be based on past labor invoiced over the last 3 to 6 months. If no history is available it will be negotiated between both parties, a temporary A.S.A. will be signed and usage will be reevaluated in 3 to 6 months. Rates & charges will vary.
